Food – granola/yoghurt, stir-fry, ham salad sandwich, chicken salad.

Exercise – Gymothy. 40 minutes cardio, 40 minutes spinning around in circles to make myself dizzy.

Had a rest yesterday after all that football. Long run tomorrow so hoping my quads recover. Funny thing about playing in central defence is that you spend a lot of time running backwards. We’re expecting rain tomorrow so it might be good practice – if it rains on the day I’m going to have to put up with it.
