Sleeves Cut Off

Food – granola/muesli, juice, banana, orange, soup w/toast, steak w/salad.

Exercise – 16kms, about 1hr 40.

Knees were a bit sore on the long run but I still ran it a bit quicker than last time and they seem fine now. Going to have to add on another 30 minutes or so for next week’s effort. I tried one of those gel things halfway through the run. Hmm. No idea if it did anything for me, but it was nice and sweet at least.

The new runners are good and don’t seem to have blistered me at all. The brand rhymes with “crooks” and I got them from Athelete’s Foot in Eastgardens Pagewood. Ask for Chris. Don’t tell him I sent you though, he won’t have a breeze what you’re talking about.
