Sleeves Cut Off

Food – granola and muesli, juice, banana, apple, orange, beans on toast, pasta.

Exercise – gymbo. 40 minutes cardio, 40 minutes adjusting the seat height on the exercise bike.

Back on track. Felt good to burn off some of the weekend sins and the bike is getting easier. Lifting slightly more weights as well though that’s not as important as the cardio stuff. From what I’ve read it helps to have a strong core, so I’ve been trying to include some sit-ups and dips etc at the gym.

Football training tomorrow then another lengthy effort on Wednesday.
